Ed Barker

Ed Barker CFA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior fixed income, direct lending, and junior capital investments across the UK and Ireland. As the Managing Director and co-head of the London office at Pricoa Private Capital since October 2006, Ed has held multiple roles including Vice President, Senior Vice President, Director, Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst, progressively overseeing various geographic regions and investment responsibilities. In addition to current leadership at Pricoa, Ed serves on multiple boards, including TeacherActive, Specialist People Services Group Ltd, and TTC Group, while also acting as a board observer for ABI (UK) Limited and past commitments to other organizations. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge and has a diverse educational background that includes Oundle School and Bilton Grange.
