Natalie Aston has a diverse work experience history. Natalie started their career in 2009 as a Sales Training Supervisor at Excell Communications. Natalie then worked as a Sales Manager at Utelecom for a brief period before joining Extra Personnel Ltd in 2010. At Extra Personnel Ltd, they held the role of Industrial Recruitment Consultant and later transitioned to a Business Development role. In 2013, Natalie joined TeacherActive as a Primary Recruitment Consultant, where they conducted interviews and developed client relationships. Natalie eventually took on roles as Professional Development, Learning and Development Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Talent, responsible for the training division and the CPD brand My-Progression. Throughout their career, Natalie has demonstrated adaptability and a commitment to professional development.

Natalie Aston received their Gcse's from New Hall School between 1997 and 2002. Natalie later pursued a degree in Drama, earning a Ba Hons from the University of Wolverhampton between 2006 and 2009.
