Donna Marie Cozzolino

Donna Marie Cozzolino is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in automation, customer experience, and information technology. Currently serving as the Director of Automation and Transformation at Teachers Federal Credit Union since November 2021, Donna focuses on leveraging AI and automation to enhance member experience and operational efficiency while supporting the credit union's strategic growth vision. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of Director of Customer Experience at My Blind Spot, where efforts were centered on empowering individuals with disabilities. Donna's tenure at Arrow Electronics from 1994 to 2020 included roles such as Global Information Technology Director, where innovative automation projects were implemented, and Director of Global B2B Program, which successfully expanded the company’s B2B services. Donna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Technology Management from SUNY Empire State College.
