Michael Masse

Michael Masse, MBA, MPA, is an experienced finance and governance professional currently serving as Director on the Board of Directors for Teachers Federal Credit Union and as a Board Member for the Teachers FCU Pension Board. Previously, Michael held the position of US Head of Government and Institutional Banking at HSBC, where leadership included managing high-risk commercial accounts for foreign embassies across major US cities. Additionally, Michael contributed as a Board Member and Vice President of the Board for the New York State Teachers' Retirement System, where involvement included the Executive Committee and Audit and Risk Management Chair. As Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for the Public Policy Institute of New York, Michael focused on developing public policies to enhance New York's economic competitiveness. Michael's educational background includes a Master's in Public Administration from Syracuse University, an MBA in Finance and Business Administration from Rider University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
