Michele Morenz, M.Ed.

Michele Morenz, M.Ed., is a skilled educator and leader with extensive experience in literacy and instructional practices. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Teaching Lab, Michele leads high-level project management focused on literacy initiatives and coaches district and school leaders to implement equitable instructional practices. Michele's background includes roles as Program Manager at EL Education, Inc., where facilitation of professional development for educators is emphasized, and as an Instructional Coach at BetterLesson, applying research-based strategies for professional growth. Previous experience includes positions in Denver Public Schools, where coaching and data-driven instruction were key responsibilities, as well as consultancy roles with various educational organizations. Michele holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Michigan State University.
