Teresa Ferraguto Rita

Teresa Ferraguto Rita is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in human capital management and talent development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director at Teaching Lab since February 2024, Teresa leads national initiatives to enhance recruiting, onboarding, and retention practices in partner districts, particularly in Milwaukee Public Schools. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Chief of Talent at The School District of Philadelphia, where Teresa oversaw a large team focused on improving hiring systems and achieving significant staffing metrics.
