Tshepiso Modise has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as an Usher and Crew Assistant for MNet SA Idols. In 2013, they worked as a Unit Trusts Administrator for STANLIB and a Graduate Service Advisor for FNB South Africa. In 2014, they worked as a Private Banking Analyst for RMB Private Bank. In 2016, they were a Management Consultant for McKinsey & Company and in 2018, they worked as a Senior Foreign Trainer for Wall Street English China and Associate Management Consultant for Bolt. Tshepiso Modise has a diverse educational background. In 2005-2009, they attended St John's College in South Africa, where they obtained their High School Matric. Tshepiso then attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 2010-2012, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Business Finance and Management. Tshepiso continued their studies at the same university in 2013, graduating with an Advanced Studies in Marketing in Commerce. In 2014, they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) (Honours) in Marketing, and obtained a FSB Regulatory Examination Certificate from the Financial Services Board in May of the same year. In 2017, they attended Alpine University in Kitzbuhel, Austria, where they earned their Mini-Master of Business Administration - MMBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, in 2018, they completed a TEFL/TESOL Course from the International TEFL Organisation in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).
