Laura Bilbrey is an experienced leader in early childhood education and implementation, currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Implementation at Teaching Strategies, LLC since June 2016. Prior to this role, Laura held various leadership positions within the company, focusing on customer success and implementation. As Director of the Ross Early Learning Center with Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools from June 2014 to June 2016, Laura significantly influenced early learning innovation and efforts to close the achievement gap. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Young Children and Families at Martha O'Bryan Center, where Laura provided strategic leadership for programs aimed at supporting young children and families. Laura's career began at Bright Horizons, where Laura worked as Senior Regional Manager. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree from Middlesex University and the University of Leicester, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education from Tennessee State University.
