Gaurav Bhagwat is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering for ISP and Teachpay at Teachmint since July 2024, focusing on the development of a fintech fees management product for educational institutions. Prior to that, Gaurav held the position of Head of Engineering at MetroGuild, Inc. from October 2016 to September 2024, where efforts were directed towards maturing a CRM SaaS product and building a diverse, customer-focused team. Gaurav's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Dell R&D Center and as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Gaurav holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University.
