Swapnil Mandhana

Swapnil Mandhana has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2009, Swapnil had a summer internship at Sumeru Software Solutions. In 2011, they worked as a Business Analyst at Mu Sigma Business Solutions, where they analyzed data and generated insights for online transactions.

In 2012, Swapnil joined Teach For India as a Fellow, leading underprivileged students to significant academic growth in Math and Language.

After that, Swapnil worked at Zaya Learning Labs as a Program Manager for a short period in 2014.

Later in 2014, Swapnil joined Next Education India Pvt Ltd as a Learning and Development- Zonal Training Manager, where they managed various projects, coordinated sales training programs, and represented the company at marketing events.

From 2017 to 2021, Swapnil worked at Pearson, first as a Deputy Manager in Service and Delivery, achieving high performance and exceeding targets, and later as a Regional Head in Account and Academic Relationship, where they achieved the highest revenue generation for the West zone.

In 2021, Swapnil joined CMR Group of Institutions as the Head of the Professional Development Institute, where they managed a team and successfully implemented multiple projects while ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards.

Currently, Swapnil is working at Teachmint as the Associate Director for Learning and Development, starting in 2022.

Overall, Swapnil has a diverse background in education, training, and leadership roles, with a focus on professional development and program management.

Swapnil Mandhana completed a B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur between 2007 and 2011. Before that, between 2004 and 2006, they attended Fergusson College, where they obtained an HSC degree with a focus on Science and Maths. They completed their secondary education at Sadhana High School from 1994 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Swapnil obtained several instructional design certifications from LinkedIn in January 2021, such as "Instructional Design: Adult Learners," "Instructional Design: Creating Video Training," "Instructional Design: Needs Analysis," "Instructional Design: Storyboarding," and "Instructional Design: Working with SMEs." They also obtained "Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID" from LinkedIn in December 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Effective Listening" from Lynda.com in November 2017, and "Influencing Others" from the same institution in the same month and year.
