Howard Tsay

Howard Tsay has extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and medical device sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Learning and Development at Edwards Lifesciences since April 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing global employee learning experiences and driving leadership development. Previously, Tsay held multiple senior marketing roles at Abbott, where significant achievements included leading the Coronary and Endovascular marketing strategies and establishing market leadership in various product categories across Asia and Europe. Tsay's career also includes impactful roles at Genentech, the Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS, and AT&T, complemented by an MBA and MPH from the University of California, Berkeley.
