Eduardo Santiago

Eduardo Santiago is an experienced recruitment and human resources professional currently serving as the Recruitment Lead for Innovation + New Markets at TeachStart since June 2022. Previously, Eduardo held the position of Director of Human Resources at Voices College-Bound Language Academies, where responsibilities included directing the hiring process and recruiting key leadership positions. As a Recruiting Manager, Eduardo managed full-cycle recruiting, successfully hiring over 50 diverse school staff in one year. Additional experience includes dual immersion elementary teaching, operations management training at Bank of America, and student management roles at ASUCD Coffee House. Eduardo holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and History from the University of California, Davis.
