Emily Geckle

Emily Geckle currently serves as a CLASS Data Collector at Teachstone, where responsibilities include conducting classroom observations and collecting standardized data to support early childhood program evaluations. Previously, Emily has held multiple teaching positions, including ESOL teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools, focusing on lesson development for K-6 English language learners, and resource teacher at the International School of Toulouse. Emily's extensive teaching experience also includes roles as a WIDA test administrator and EFL teacher, along with a background in administrative support and community relations in corporate environments such as Daimler and EADS North America. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Sport Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on English as a Second Language from George Mason University.
