Hilary Sinegal

Hilary Sinegal has over 14 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Hilary is currently employed at Teachstone as the VP of People Operations since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Director of People at Storyblocks from August 2021 to January 2023.

Hilary's earlier experience includes working at Capital One in various HR roles. Hilary served as the Sr. Manager of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from October 2020 to August 2021, where they developed and implemented initiatives to prioritize diversity and inclusion. Hilary also worked as a Sr. Manager in HR Consulting, HR Client Consulting, and HR Operations for Capital One in the years 2011 to 2020.

Before joining Capital One, Hilary worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Online Resources from June 2010 to November 2011. Hilary also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Compass Airlines from June 2007 to May 2010.
