Rafael Tomazini is a versatile and results-driven leader with nearly two decades of experience in manufacturing, quality, and project management across diverse industries such as metallurgy, polymers, oil & gas, mining, and metalworking. They have a strong track record in team leadership, process optimization, and strategic execution, complemented by international experience in Brazil, Germany, Denmark, and India. Rafael's past roles include positions at Amphenol-Tuchel Electronics, Teadit Group, Astra, Vale, Gerdau, and National Oilwell Varco, where they excelled in operational management and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering and Sustainable Development at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, Rafael holds additional qualifications in Business Administration and Strategy and Marketing.
