Bertrand C. has extensive experience in the advertising industry. Bertrand began their career in 2004 as an IT Consultant at Unisys, where they led a team in the implementation of a supply chain management system for Carrefour. In 2005, they joined F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi as a Strategic Planning Director, working on projects for brands such as Claro, Toyota, and Unibanco. Bertrand then moved to Isobar in 2011, where they served as the Executive Strategic Planning Director, overseeing a team of 27 professionals and leading strategic planning for Fiat. In 2012, Bertrand joined Nike as the Digital & Innovation Director, responsible for digital campaign strategies for football, action sports, and running categories during major events like the Confed Cup and World Cup. From 2013 to 2014, they took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Cubocc, managing the paid media and BI team and contributing to P&L and talent management. Bertrand also took a break from their career to be a Full-Time Dad in 2013, before joining Agência Fischer in 2014 as the Strategic Planning VP. Bertrand worked on new business and business development, and led campaigns for the launch of Original, a digital bank. In 2015, they became the Head of Strategic Planning at Fbiz, responsible for developing communication strategies for clients like Unilever, America Móvil, and Luxottica. Bertrand joined J. Walter Thompson Worldwide in 2016 as the Head of Strategy, leading a team of 20 strategic planners and working with legacy clients. Their most recent roles include Global Creative Director and North America VP at Teads, where they implemented creative strategies for top advertisers and developed data-driven campaigns.

Bertrand C. completed a Master Class in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at Hyper Island in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from ISCOM in 1999. Between 1995 and 1997, Bertrand attended EPSCI ESSEC Business School, focusing on foreign trade. Bertrand completed their Baccalauréat in Economics at Lycée Pasteur Bilíngue from 1989 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, Bertrand obtained live certifications in Teads Ad Manager Fundamentals and Teads Ad Manager Master from Teads Academy in 2023. Bertrand also received a certification in Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in 2020.
