Caroline Barbery is the current Chief Financial Officer at Teads. Caroline has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in equity research and investment banking.
Barbery began their career as a financial analyst at Fortis Securities, where they covered 40 stocks in the transport, logistics, and leisure industries. In 2005, they were ranked the #2 analyst in the consumer discretionary sector by Starmine. Caroline also played a key role in private placements for Bourbon and Geodis.
In 2009, Barbery became the head of Jaccar Equity Research's buy-side research department. In this role, they were responsible for providing analysis of potential investments for clients. Two years later, they became a director at Fundamental Elements Group, an independent research house in Vietnam. During their time at Fundamental Elements Group, they acted as the sole advisor in the acquisition of Domesco (the second largest pharmaceutical company in Vietnam) and a software/web leader.
In 2011, Barbery became the General Manager of Jaccar Equity Research (now Teads). In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the research department, including analysis, sales, and marketing. Caroline also served on the board of Lafuma, a French outdoor furniture company.
Barbery has been with Teads since November 2007 and has held various roles within the company. Caroline became Head of Buy-Side Research in 2007 and was promoted to Sell-Side Equity Analyst and M&S Caps Manager in 2009. In 2011, they were again promoted to Director of Research. In their current role as CFO, Barbery is responsible for the financial planning and analysis of Teads.
Caroline Barbery has a Master of Finance from ESCP Business School and a Master of Banking & Finance from Université Paris Cité.
