Florjan Bartol is the VP of Engineering for Demand Offerings at Teads, where they lead the engineering organization to enhance execution, scalability, and innovation for a range of demand-side products. Previously, they served as Senior Director of Engineering at Outbrain, managing a large engineering department and contributing to significant growth in Real-Time Bidding infrastructure. Florjan's career includes leadership roles at Zemanta, where they played a crucial part in the development of the Zemanta One platform and oversaw the engineering department. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Ljubljana and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
