Michael Morale currently serves as the Director of Operations for Teal Construction Company in Houston, a position held since September 2018. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Project Manager at both Teal Construction Company and Warwick Construction, Inc. from October 2017 to September 2018. Michael's career in the construction industry began in 1996 as the Owner of M&M Electrical Service, followed by positions as Construction Manager at CRC Construction from July 2010 to October 2017. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi.
