Teal School
Sarah Rosendahl is the founder of Teal School, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating an education system that supports the holistic development of children and youth in a complex global context. With extensive experience in management consulting, Sarah has worked on business development and digitalization projects in the public sector at Centigo and has provided organizational development services through Paradigmo Consulting and Mind & Space AB. Previous roles include Digital Marketing Manager at Trovisio AB and Business Development Manager at Svenska institutet, where skills in management systems and project management were honed. An educational background in physics, complemented by master's degrees in quality management and leadership, supports a strong analytical foundation.

Teal School
Teal School Network is the start of a movement. We wish to see an extensive dialogue about what kind of school system; structure, leadership, pedagogy, etc. is needed to give our children a chance to succeed and feel happy in the fast changing world. Our hope is that this discussion will also lead to change. We might reach out to politicians, we might have an impact on school leaders – but most of all we hope to see Teal Schools “popping up” all around the world. Let’s be the change, together. Teal School is an initiative started in 2019 in Stockholm, Sweden by Sarah Rosendahl and Shabana Bashir. Join us and let’s change the way our society looks at learning and education.
