With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Mike has held pivotal roles in companies such as FOSSA, GoExpedi, OpenArc, LLC., and Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions. Mike has developed and implemented hiring processes to enhance scalability for early-stage companies, focusing on equitable practices and technical recruitment. Mike also created the Corporate Pizza Party Podcast and established a popular social media presence dedicated to job search advice, amassing over 140,000 followers. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Penn State University.
