Thomas Pires

Thomas Pires has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Thomas started their career in 2000 as a Computer Technician at Elite Computers and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2015, they held the position of VP of Technology at C&K Systems, Inc. Following that, they served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from 2016 to 2017 and then became the President of the company from 2017 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Teal as the VP of Service Delivery and later moved to Aligned Technology Solutions in the same role.

Thomas Pires obtained their Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Southwestern College between 1999 and 2003. Thomas also holds several additional certifications, including Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers and Sales from ConnectWise in 2020, GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) from GIAC in 2016, Qualified Integrator and Resellers (QIR) from PCI Security Standards Council in 2015, and GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) from GIAC in 2015.
