Sophie Nijhuis

Sophie Nijhuis currently serves as the Group P&C Business Partner at team.blue since June 2025. Prior to this role, Sophie was the Global People & Culture Lead for Enabling Functions at SoftwareONE from March 2017 to June 2025, overseeing various departments and driving global engagement projects. Previous experience includes serving as the P&C Manager at VAPRO, where responsibilities involved designing career frameworks and overseeing organizational transitions, as well as P&C Business Partner roles at Korton Group B.V. and SoftwareONE. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Stenden and a Bachelor of Education from Inholland Haarlem.
