Andy Pasternak is a Program Manager with a strong background in managing federal government projects, particularly in the areas of eLearning and training programs. With expertise in instructional systems design, adult learning, and program management, Andy excels in delivering results in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Prior to joining Team Carney, Inc., Andy held key roles in companies such as LMI, Systems Plus, Inc., Atlas Research, and Sigmatech, where Andy successfully led various eLearning and training initiatives for federal agencies. Andy's career highlights include migrating learning assets to new Learning Management Systems and developing custom eLearning multimedia courses for the Foreign Service Institute at the US Dept of State. With a solid educational foundation in Environmental Science and Science Education, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their role as Program Manager.
