David Leapley

David Leapley has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. David started their career in 2000 as a Principal Consultant at KSJ & Associates, Inc. In 2010, they joined Technology Automation and Management (TeAM) as a Program Manager and later moved to the role of Senior Consultant.

David Leapley has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology from the University of Maryland, which they earned between 1972 and 1975. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies from Prince George's Community College between 1970 and 1973.
