Stephanie Dean, PMP, ITILF, CSM has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT field. From 2011 to present, Stephanie has worked as a Program Manager for Technology, Automation, and Management (TeAM), Inc. providing network and telecommunications project support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Systems Infrastructure Modernization (MSIM) program contract. In this role, Stephanie manages vendor relationships and contracts, as well as 25 team members. From 2001 to 2007, Stephanie worked at Arkansas State University-Beebe as the Department Head of Computer Systems Technology, teaching courses involving the introductory and professional level network terminology and IOS configuration tasks, managing 5 full-time instructors, and maintaining lab equipment for Cisco course work.
