Jane Kim-Smith has had a diverse range of work experience in the marketing and entertainment industries. Jane is currently the VP of Account Management at Team Epiphany, where they lead the multicultural marketing campaigns for HBO Max. Jane has been with Team Epiphany for 8 years, during which they have managed strategic partnerships and executed campaigns for various events such as the Essence Music Festival and Sundance. Prior to their current role, they held positions as a Sr. Account Director, Account Director, Sr. Account Manager, and Account Manager at Team Epiphany.

In addition, Jane served as the Event Director at The TIDE Film Festival, where they were responsible for overseeing the overall event production. The TIDE Film Festival celebrates filmmakers of color and Jane is personally invested in empowering more people of color in the film industry.

Before joining Team Epiphany and The TIDE Film Festival, Jane worked at Turner Broadcasting as a Senior Account Service Representative, and at the Entertainment Industries Council, Inc. as a Program Manager. In their role at the Entertainment Industries Council, they handled various responsibilities including creating and editing publications, producing marketing solutions for the organization's website, and managing event planning and production activities for the PRISM Awards.

Jane Kim-Smith attended Brandeis University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Sociology.
