Carlos Alcazar has a strong background in managing multicultural and cross-cultural campaigns. Carlos co-founded and manages Culture ONE World, where they serve as the Managing Partner and lead strategist for brand, marketing, and advertising. Carlos also has experience in client relations and managing multicultural initiatives as the SVP at The Tombras Group. Prior to these roles, Carlos was the President & Chief Creative Officer at Hispanic Communications Network and Vice President at Pearson plc, where they played a key role in launching digital education divisions and expanding global business units. Carlos also worked at Viacom, where they helped grow the company internationally and launched operations in Latin America and Asia.

Carlos Alcazar completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC San Diego between 1984 and 1988. In 2007, they pursued an Executive Education program in Corporate Governance at Harvard Business School.
