William Spencer Satch Mbe

William Spencer Satch MBE is a Co-Founder of Rowcave, where efforts focus on innovating rowing practices since October 2022. Satch has been a Trainee Carpenter at Griggs & Mackay since September 2022 and has held roles as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and First VIII Coach at Christ's College in Canterbury since September 2020. Additionally, Satch serves as an Advisor for ROWBOTS since June 2019 and has been an Athlete for the British Olympic Association since February 2012. Previous experience includes an Apprenticeship at Griggs & Mackay from January 2018 to June 2020. Satch's educational background includes attendance at Shiplake College from 2003 to 2007.
