Carol Owen has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Chief Counsel for Revenue Payment Integrity and Commercial Litigation at TeamHealth since December 2017. Prior to this role, Carol was a Shareholder at Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC from May 2013 to October 2017, and a Partner at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP from August 2006 to May 2013. Carol also held significant leadership positions at Telluride Association from January 1986 to December 2009, including President, Vice President, and Trustee. In addition to professional commitments, Carol contributed to Nashville Children's Theatre as a Gala Committee member from September 2024 to April 2025. Academic credentials include a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. in English/Theater from Yale University.
