Chelsea Short

Chelsea Short, PA-C, is an experienced physician assistant specializing in emergency medicine and hospitalist care. Currently, Chelsea serves as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant at US Acute Care Solutions and as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant at TeamHealth, both positions held since April and May 2023, respectively. Previously, Chelsea worked as a Hospitalist Physician Assistant with Sound Physicians from September 2020 to October 2023 and held roles as a Field Training Officer and Emergency Medical Technician at American Medical Response from October 2015 to October 2018. Chelsea's early experience includes serving as a Crisis Advocate Intern at the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault and a Clinical Medicine & Health Promotion Intern at HealthYouth. Chelsea earned a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona.
