Coy Bell

Coy Bell, JD, MEd, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of Recruitment at TeamHealth, overseeing a team of 32 recruiters responsible for talent acquisition across over 350 facilities in the Southeast Region of the United States. With prior experience as Director of Talent Acquisition at Baylor Scott & White Health, Coy Bell managed recruitment for a wide range of positions and led multiple teams across various geographic locations. Additional experience includes roles as an Oil and Gas Title Attorney and Project Manager in the oil and gas industry, alongside a successful tenure as Regional Vice President at Merritt Hawkins, where significant profit margin and market share growth were achieved. Academic qualifications include a JD from Texas A&M University School of Law, a Master’s degree in Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Studies from Tarleton State University.
