Prior to this, Todd has held various leadership roles in talent acquisition at companies such as Arizona Department of Corrections, Hertz, Orica, SourceGas, Computershare, EXPRESS, and JCPenney. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
