Melody Reyes

Melody Reyes currently serves as the Accounts Receivable Manager at TeamHealth since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Denials Manager and Enrollment/Billing Lead Analyst at MDLIVE, by Evernorth from January 2021 to May 2024, and as Denials and Appeals Supervisor at TeamHealth from February 2019 to July 2021. Additional expertise was gained as Patient Account Manager at Pediatric Associates, South Florida from March 2016 to February 2019, and through various positions at Sheridan Healthcare between September 2008 and March 2016. Melody began the career as a Medical Billing Specialist/Referral Coordinator at Primary Care Physician of Hollywood from July 2006 to July 2008, following an earlier role as Tenant Selection Occupancy Specialist at Hialeah Housing Authority from November 2001 to April 2006. Melody holds an Associate of Arts degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Indian River State College (2017-2019) and completed additional education in Progressive Reimbursement Solutions Services in 2007.
