Previously, Rochell founded OneSource Healthcare Growth Strategists, LLC, providing consultancy services backed by 20 years of diverse healthcare experience. Rochell's career includes leadership roles at MEDarchon, where responsibilities included establishing a business development department, and Trilliant Health, with a focus on client engagement and market operations. As Co-Founder and CEO of Trilogy Integrated Health Care, Inc., Rochell developed rural health clinics to enhance access to care. Academic qualifications include a BA in English and Psychology from Brescia University and an MS in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University.
