Laura Castanza

Laura Castanza has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laura has worked as the Director of Education at Team Horner since November 2016. Prior to that, they were involved with AquarianAgeAwareness.com, where they held the position of Conscious~Collaborative~Creative starting in April 2005. Laura also has experience with Magulick's Pool Company and The Pool Store, where they worked from July 2007 to October 2016, serving as the Leader in Sales, Project Management, Retail, and Customer Relations. Laura played a significant role in increasing renovation and builds by 40% in 2014. Additionally, Laura has volunteered for organizations such as Crime Watch, where they served as the Coordinator from June 2012 to November 2014, and the Green Living Advisory Board of Boca Raton, where they were the Chairperson and Member from August 2009 to December 2013. Furthermore, Laura worked at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale from June 1993 to March 2005, both as an Instructor for Video Production & Broadcasting and as the Technical Support Supervisor for the Technology Department. In these roles, they focused on delivering high-quality instruction, developing customer-friendly policies, and enhancing collaborative efforts between departments.

Laura Castanza has a degree in Communication from Florida Atlantic University. Laura specialized in Philosophy, Media, Video Production, and Lighting during their time in the Communication program. Additionally, Laura has obtained certifications in the field of pool and spa operations, including being a CPO Instructor from Pool & Hot Tub Alliance and a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) from the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
