Tami Balfanz

Tami Balfanz has a strong background in finance and has held various positions throughout their career. Tami started their career in 2005 as a Financial Analyst at Macy's and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined TEAM IM as a Financial Analyst and held that role until 2014 when they were promoted to Controller. In 2018, Tami was promoted again to the position of VP of Finance and Human Resources. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Financial Officer at TEAM IM, a position they have held since 2023.

Tami Balfanz earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Metropolitan State University between the years 2011 and 2014.
