Bruce Younggren has extensive experience in the engineering and agricultural sectors, currently serving as Technology Development Manager at TEAM Industries since June 1991. In this role, Bruce leads the Research & Development Department, focusing on advancing technologies within the company and industry. Prior to this, Bruce held positions as Sr. Design Engineer and Design Engineer, contributing to the design of various drivetrain assemblies for the Power Sports market, including innovative transmission and drive systems. Earlier work experience includes farming at Younggren Farms Inc. and an internship at Virginia Power, where Bruce developed a Fortran program for cooling system design. Bruce earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University between 1986 and 1991.
