Jacob Chalmers is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in testing and development within the powersports, military, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Test Engineer III at TEAM Industries since July 2023, Jacob is responsible for developing test plans for evaluating the performance and durability of various systems in powertrain components. Previously, as Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Test at Pure Power Technologies, Inc., Jacob managed the functional testing of diesel powertrain components and identified manufacturing process improvements. Jacob's earlier role as Senior Test and Development Engineer at Oshkosh Defense involved comprehensive vehicle and system testing for military applications. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, awarded in 2016.
