Micah Ricke has over 30 years of diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Micah started their career at TEAM Industries as a Part-time Machinist in 1989 and gained valuable knowledge about designing-for-manufacture. Micah then worked at Premium Products as an Assembly Operator before joining MedSource Technologies Inc. as a Machinist and Department Supervisor, where they took initiative in doing their own set-ups. At TEAM Industries, Micah held various positions including Design Engineer, where they established strong relationships with high-profile accounts; Product Support Manager, where they implemented processes to monitor and resolve warranty issues and achieved significant cost savings for clients; Director of Product Development, where they led a large team and launched numerous new products, contributing to over $280M in annual revenue; and currently as the President & CEO of the company. Throughout their career, Micah strongly believes in the importance of customer loyalty for business sustainability.
Micah Ricke began their education at the University of Minnesota Moorhead from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Micah continued their education at the University of St. Thomas from 1997 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with minors in English and Communications.
