Eva Dustagheer is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive experience in establishing and leading HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Talent Management at Team Internet since May 2021, Eva is responsible for global talent strategies and organizational development, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. Eva's previous roles include Senior Talent Manager at John Laing, where responsibilities focused on international infrastructure projects, and HR & Recruitment Manager at DPR Limited, where Eva implemented key HR processes. With a strong background in talent acquisition and management, Eva has also held positions at esteemed companies such as eFront, Bravura Solutions, and Intralinks, demonstrating expertise in strategic recruitment and organizational development. Eva's educational credentials include an MSc in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Warwick and an ongoing ILM Level 7 Executive Coach & Mentor certification.
