Stephanie Hilland

Stephanie Hilland has extensive experience in education and volleyball coaching, currently serving as the Team Kiwi Technical Director, Director of Operations, and Recruiting Coordinator at Team Kiwi Volleyball Club since March 2020. Previously, Stephanie worked as a Special Education Teacher for Hillsborough County Public Schools from July 2014 to May 2022, focusing on 1st-5th grade varying exceptionalities. Additional coaching roles include Assistant Volleyball Coach at Carrollwood Day School and coaching positions at NO NAME VOLLEYBALL CLUB and OT Elite (Tampa Elite). Earlier in the career, Stephanie served as a Teaching Assistant at Questar III BOCES and as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Bard College, supporting both men’s and women’s NCAA Division III teams. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Special Education and Teaching from SUNY New Paltz and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from The College of Saint Rose.
