Julie Szeltner is the Director of Talent Engagement at Team NEO, seeking to address employment inequity in Northeast Ohio. With extensive experience in program operations and curriculum development, Julie has managed multi-million dollar federal program proposals and overseen the evaluation of various initiatives. Julie has a background in education, with a Master's degree in Post-Secondary Distance Education and a BA in History. Julie has also worked as a Talent Search Program Manager and Advisor, playing a key role in guiding students through the college admissions process.
