Sondra Palivoda

Sondra Palivoda has extensive experience in research, community building, and urban planning. Currently serving as Director of Research at Team NEO since March 2020, Sondra previously held roles as Manager of Research and Research Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Community Builder at YARD & Company, where Sondra led the redesign of a nonprofit website and developed Tax Increment Financing tools, and as Events and Communications Coordinator at Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation, where Sondra organized the Cincinnati Street Food Festival and implemented an Equitable Development Scorecard. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Cincinnati.
