Ryan Swearingen

Ryan Swearingen currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Team One Insurance Services and has been the Owner/Operator of Rhino Inspections since 2007. At Rhino Inspections, services include unbiased third-party inspections of residential construction for loan compliance within a 250-mile radius of the Kansas City metro area. Prior to their current roles, Ryan was the Senior Production Manager at NEFCO Fire Investigations from January 2018 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of certified fire investigators and supporting various types of fire investigations. Additionally, Ryan was a member of the Continuing Education Committee on the Board of Directors for the Greater Kansas City Claims Association from 2019 to 2021. Ryan's earlier career includes various account executive and managerial positions at multiple organizations, with a focus on major account management and sales. Ryan holds a degree in Drafting Technology from Manhattan Area Technical College.
