Elsie Delos Santos

Elsie Delos Santos has a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, administration, and employee management. Elsie started their career as an HR Assistant at International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. in 2003, where they were responsible for various HR tasks such as recruitment, orientation, training, and maintaining employee records. Elsie also handled insurance and HMO enrollment, as well as preparation of employment contracts and termination letters. Additionally, they were involved in leave management, government filings, and coordinating company-wide activities. After nine years in this role, they moved on to Intertek Testing Services Philippines, Inc. in 2013 as an Admin. Supervisor.
