Lisa Riggs

Lisa Riggs is a seasoned professional in economic development and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at Team Pennsylvania. Riggs has held prominent positions such as President at the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County, Lancaster Barnstormers, and the James Street Improvement District, along with the role of Vice President at the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore. Lisa Riggs earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1992.
