Malkijah Griffiths is the co-founder of Team Real Talk, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at the University at Buffalo in various roles. These included working in the Global Programs UB office, as a research assistant in the Community Health and Behavior Dept, and as a student assistant in Student Life. Malkijah has also worked as a youth advocate at Life Camp Inc. They have a passion for working with and helping others, which is evident in their work history.
Malkijah Griffiths studied business administration and management as an undergraduate at the University at Buffalo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Malkijah then pursued a dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health degree at the University at Buffalo, with a focus in health/health care administration/management/data analytics.
