Mark Helm has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mark is currently working at Alight Solutions since 2017, starting as the Director of Health Solutions and later advancing to the role of Senior Director. In addition to their degrees, Mark Helm also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in August 2019.
