Darren Bean

Darren Bean currently serves as the Red Team Field Readiness Coordinator at Team Rubicon, focusing on workforce development and leadership since January 2022. Concurrently, Darren is a volunteer Greyshirt and the Carolinas Field Readiness Lead. As the Director of Operations and Finance at DC Holdings, LLC since January 2017, responsibilities include managing financial operations, developing metrics for departmental efficiency, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. Previously, Darren founded the Warrior Thunder Foundation, where leadership included strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development from April 2010 to December 2018. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of Finance and Administration at Managing Procurement Solutions, Project Manager at PdM SCIE, Current Operations Analyst at the Natick Soldier Research, and various leadership positions in the US Army spanning over two decades. Darren holds an AAS in Administrative/Business Management from Excelsior University and a Level III certification in Program Management from Defense Acquisition University.
